The venue becomes a stage for the day whilst the story of your wedding is played out. Behind the scenes, our discreet and professional team works to ensure that every detail is managed for you so that your day surpasses your expectations. Alrewas Hayes is licensed for the civil ceremony itself so, if you wish, the whole event can take place here. The Hall will hold 45 guests and we can accommodate up to 120 in the Gallery. The Grand Pavillion can accommodate up to 300 guests.
On your wedding day, Alrewas Hayes is exclusively yours to enjoy. The period architecture and elegant proportions of the rooms are complemented with a blend of antique and contemporary features and furnishings. Sumptuous drapes and soft furnishings, burnished oak, polished silverware and regal candle sconces contrast with marble floors and deep stone baths. Our bridal suite is a masterpiece of luxury and sensuality with views over the grounds and surrounding fields.
We will work with you to plan each detail of your wedding including menus, floral displays and music. A traditional English country house wedding or an event with a theme - the choice is yours. Describe your dream day and we will orchestrate it for you. A small, intimate affair or a large lavish extravaganza, and everything in between - we never forget how special your wedding day is to you, your family and friends. And as most of our brides come to us by recommendation, you can be assured that when you hold your wedding at Alrewas Hayes, it will certainly be the best decision you made, apart from saying yes to the proposal of course!
Enjoy an intimate event for up to 60 guests in The Entertainment Wing or we can accommodate 300 in The Lakeside Marquee. For the larger event, The Grand Pavillion is perfect for up to 600 guests. Bonnie and Toby Williams warmly invite you for a preview visit and will work with you to create a truly unique occasion.
Civil Wedding Ceremonies
We have a licence to hold civil ceremonies in two rooms at Alrewas Hayes; the Hall which has room for up to 45 people and the Gallery which holds up to120. The local registry office will advise on the formal arrangements and available dates for the registrar. The fee for registration staff is payable directly to Lichfield Registry Office.

Gallery
This romantically lit room is steeped in the history of years gone by providing the ideal setting for a wedding ceremony. The Gallery is also available for product launches, conferences, dining and private parties. Accommodating up to 120 people at a civil ceremony or 60 for seated dining, the Gallery opens onto a courtyard.
Hall
Also licensed for civil wedding ceremonies, the Hall at Alrewas Hayes will accommodate up to 45 people. The Hall can also be used for small private parties, corporate events and presentations. Images can be projected onto the walls during events if required.
Bar
Our well stocked bar is available for all events. It has been described as "decadent, opulent and contemporary", in contrast to the period setting of Alrewas Hayes itself. A bar becomes the focus of most events and we are happy to devise bespoke cocktail recipes to suit the tastes of you and your guests. Why not name cocktails after the bride and groom at a wedding, or give them a corporate touch with the addition of your company or brand name at a business event. Lakeside Marquee
This luxurious and stylish Marquee overlooks the lake at Alrewas Hayes. Its tall glass windows allow views of the grounds by day. LED lighting changes the mood in the evening at the touch of a switch. The Marquee has a large dance floor and own chill out area. It can be used for weddings, private parties and corporate events.
The Grand Pavillion
For larger events, ask about the Alrewas Hayes Grand Pavillion. A 10,000 sq ft blank canvas for any event. Perfect for larger weddings with up to 700 seated guests, product launches, parties and corporate or charity events. The Grand Pavillion is fully lined with LED lighting. A variety of lighting and presentation solutions can be made avaialble depending on your requirements.
